STORE POLICIES

At Tallon Motocross, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

All products are shipped using a professional courier service, such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL. Items. 

Once an order is made it may take up to 3 working days to process the order, and depending on the level of service purchased for shipping, an additional 2 working days for delivery time.

All LARGE orders, heavy parts, full bikes ect ect. We would recommend collection in person, however quotes can be obtained for such items.

All our shipping will come with £50 insurance as standard. To increase the insurance an additional charge may apply.

International shipping is available at extra cost, a quote will need to be obtained beforehand.

All items on the store will state the cost of shipping if any at all.

RETURNS

The Small Print

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO USED MOTOCROSS BIKES / PARTS.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and with the original packaging, any labels must remain attached. Your original receipt for the item you wish to return will also need to be included.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a ‘cooling off period’ in which you can change your mind about the purchase you’ve made.  This ‘cooling off’ period commences day after you take delivery of the item and lasts for 14 days. Return postage will be at the expense of the customer unless agreed otherwise. All returns must be sent to Tallon Motocross LTD, Poplar Industrial Units, Ulceby Road, South Killingholme, DN403JB.

Collection Personal information

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:
Online Enquiries: The use of contact forms will have your personal information within them.

Finance: If you require finance for your vehicle purchase, information such as marital and housing status, number of dependents, previous address, occupation, employer, business address and bank details, in addition we will also require proof of address (i.e. utility bill) and any other relevant information. With your permission this information will be passed to our selected finance partners.

Service: If your bike has visited our workshop then we will take details of yourself and your bike.

Parts: If you have bought any parts, products, bikes or even clothing from ourselves online or in store you name and address will be required in case we need to contact yourself about your order.

Over the phone: Should you call us or should we contact you in response to an enquiry, we may need to store your information to get back in touch with yourselves.
In Store: We operate CCTV in store to monitor our premises, therefore your image and vehicle registration may be captured and stored for up to 30 days.

Using Personal information

Personal data we receive will be used for the purposes it was provided, including:

  • to meet the terms of your order

  • to undertake credit checks for finance

  • to communicate with you

  • to send reminders to you regarding your vehicle

  • sending goods purchased through our dealerships or via our website

  • to prevention fraud and other criminal activities  

  • quoting for and supplying services which could be offered through our website or physical store

  • to comply with a request from you in connection with the exercise of your rights

Disclosing Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information to any of our staff, agents or suppliers where it is required to do so. We may be legally obliged to disclose your personal information:

Cookies

When someone visits our website, Google Analytics will collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This is used to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

You're Rights

  • You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you, via a Subject Access Request
